The first NB-BESS went into operation in 2020. In 2022, PulseVolt was established as a dedicated company to concentrate the technology and intellectual property of industrial battery systems — carrying engineering built across more than 300 plants.

Proven first where it's hardest
The concept, the technology and the need were validated in Mexico — one of the world's most demanding grid environments for advanced manufacturing. That's where a no-break architecture stops being an elegant idea and becomes a business decision.
Today we operate from Monterrey and Querétaro with our own engineering, installation and service teams, and we're preparing expansion into Texas and the United States.

NB-BESS — three-inverter
An interchangeable three-inverter, double-conversion architecture: the plant is fed permanently through the inverters, so a grid disturbance never reaches the load. The filing integrates energy management, grid-following and hybrid-source operation, power-quality monitoring, and dynamic BMS-coordinated current-limit control.
Tier B — two-inverter
A two-inverter variant of the same no-break principle — the permanent inverter feed, engineered as a leaner Tier B configuration. The filings cover BMS-driven safety logic, dynamic energy-management control and integrated power-quality monitoring.
